DNA study finds London was ethnically diverse from start

An article from BBC Science News today, reports on new findings from the Museum of London that reveal the wide ethnic diversity of people who lived in London two thousand years ago. In the accompanying video, Dr Rebecca Redfern talks about a 14-year-old girl who was from North Africa. This might account for the diversity found in Londoners’ biogeographic profile when they have an autosomal DNA test.
