Ancient DNA sheds light on Irish origins

Geneticists from Trinity College in Dublin and archeologists from Queen’s University inĀ Belfast have succeeded in sequencing the genome of a 5,200-year-old female Neolithic farmer and a 4,000-year-old male from the Bronze Age.
